elvex is the enterprise platform that transforms your work with AI. We are a small, fully-remote, well-funded, and experienced team. We previously built, launched, scaled and exited Parse.ly, a digital analytics platform, that processed >1B events/day for 100s of customers. We sold Parse.ly to Automattic (the maintainers of WordPress) in 2021 which was their largest acquisition to date.

What you should have

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Product Manager, Software Engineer, or Solutions Engineer with a track record of interfacing with customers in high-capacity and significantly driving the adoption of your products' rich capabilities.
• A strong technical background with some experience in coding or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Experience using large language models (LLMs) to solve real world problems and a general familiarity with how generative AI models work.
• An insatiable curiosity about generative AI. You can't stop reading about the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies and you're dying to apply this knowledge to more real world problems.
• The ability to think strategically about how to scale up training and enablement for elvex's GTM team and customer base by documenting and sharing best practices.
• An ability to gather and analyzing customer feedback (perhaps using LLMs 😉), using it to inform product improvements and drive the development of new features that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results.
• A learning and growth mindset. "Not my problem" isn't in your vocabulary.

What you’ll help us do

• Spend a lot of time with our customers to deeply understand their automation and knowledge needs and help them build solutions using elvex and their own internal systems.
• Use your knowledge of real customer use cases to inform and, if your skills allow, directly build key new features. If you're not ready to directly build a new feature, your feedback will be key in informing our roadmap.
• Building processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth.
